Before you begin the process please ensure you have read and understand the following information.

  • In order to complete the online application you must print, sign and scan this waiver.  You will be required to upload the signed waiver when filling out the online application.
  • It is highly recommended that you have all required material for the application process at hand before commencing the online application.  A list of required / suggested material will be provided below.
  • Even with this information at hand, the online application process can still take between 30 minutes and 2 hours (or longer) to complete.
  • Any information provided in incomplete applications or ones you are in the process of finishing is still recorded.  This information is visible to members of the Recruiting Unit.
  • The online application will timeout after approximately 15 minutes of inactivity.

 

List of Required Material

  • All personal information, including name, address, telephone, and email
  • All employment history, including address, position(s) held, title, dates, immediate supervisor, telephone number, reason for leaving, final wage/salary.
  • Three (3) character references, including name, occupation, telephone number(s) and address
  • Your hobbies and interests
  • Any additional qualifications you have
  • If you wish, during the application process you may also upload any of the following information in PDF or Word Format (.DOC, .DOCX).  Those options include:
    • Resume *
    • Cover letter *
    • OACP Certificate *
    • CPR Certficate *
    • All Transcripts *
    • Any additional scanned information or supporting documentation you wish to submit *
