On Thursday July 17, 2014 at approximately 11:17pm, four youths were walking on Second Avenue near Huron Avenue in the City of Niagara Falls when a male unknown to them started to chase them. The male giving chase committed an unprovoked assault by striking one of the youths in the leg with an unknown object. The youth sustained minor injuries as a result of the assault.Niagara Regional police are asking the public's assistance in identifying the suspect that assaulted the youth that night....
