Corporate Analysis exists to support the Chief of Police and Executive Staff conduct internal and external research to better position the organization. While there are regular duties attached to this position, most work is project based. These include, but not limited to, Front-line Workload Analyses, Detective Workload Analyses, Staffing Levels, Members Satisfaction surveys, Victimization studies, Community Satisfaction surveys, numerous program efficiency and effectiveness reviews, development of the Service’s 3-Year Business Plan, Annual Reports assisting in the monitoring of the Service’s compliance with the legislated Provincial Adequacy Standards Regulation, and preparing Police Service Board Reports.
