The Niagara Regional Police Service is committed to creating an accessible environment for all visitors and employees. This includes a commitment to accessibility in all environments, including online.
All of our police stations are accessible, however some visitors to the St. Catharines station at 68 Church St are encouraged to contact the station in advance to have someone from the Service assist them during their visit. Those needing wheelchair access to the station are asked to enter via the King St entrance and use the back door. A contact phone is available at that door to contact someone to assist you. Contact the station at 905-688-4111 extension 4234.
Our commitment to meeting the accessibility needs is one of our focuses as we develop new facilities plans which eliminate all barriers.
Our new website has been created to meet and exceed the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). However, a small portion of our content is available in PDF format only. We are working hard towards addressing these accessibility issues and providing more accessible formats.
Due to conditions beyond our control, there are some instances where we are unable to provide information in a completely accessible format. We will be monitoring these documents to develop accessible solutions as technology improves.
If there are any documents that you would require in an accessible format, please contact the responsible Unit or Department or email us.
