Robbery - 3 Arrested in Downtown Grimsby

On Saturday June 8 2019 at 8:30pm in a parking lot near Boulton Ave. and Livingston Ave, Grimsby ON a verbal altercation occurred between two groups of people.  
 
The altercation escalated as one group armed themselves with bear repellant and a pick axe, and then robbed the other group of money and personal items. 
 
No one was injured in the robbery.
 
One of the victims was able to call 9-1-1 and uniform police arrived quickly to assist.
 
The culprits were quickly located and arrested by uniform police.
 
Charged with two counts of Armed Robbery each are; Nethaniel MCKENZIE 19 years of age of Hamilton ON, Tarick BURTON 18 years of age of Hamilton ON, and a third male who can not be identified as a young offender.
 
Investigation is ongoing by Grimsby Criminal Investigative Branch.
