On March 26th, 2020, uniform officers from the 5 District Fort Erie office of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) responded to a suspicious person call in the area of Grandview Road and Crescent Road in the Town of Fort Erie.

 Upon arrival, a grey Nissan Armada fled the scene upon seeing officers. In the interest of public safety, the Nissan was not pursued by officers. The area was searched and officers located the vehicle, which was found to be involved in a single motor vehicle collision and the occupants had fled the scene.

 A Police K9 Unit successfully tracked three suspects, who were arrested a short distance away. A search of the Nissan and suspects resulted in officers locating several pieces of stolen property.  The investigation determined that the property had been stolen from Pelham and Fort Erie throughout the night. The Nissan was also found to have been stolen.

 Ann Stamp (20 years old) of Welland is charged with the alleged criminal offences of:

-        Theft of motor vehicle, Section 333.1(1) CC

-        Theft under $5000, Section 334(b) CC (6 counts)

-        Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000, Section 355(b) CC

-        Possess Credit Card, Section 342(1)(c)(i) CC

-        Fail to comply with Probation Order, Section 733.1(1) CC

 Jazmyn Falconer (33 years old) of Welland is charged with the alleged criminal offences of:

-        Theft of motor vehicle, Section 333.1(1) CC

-        Theft under $5000, Section 334(b) CC (6 counts)

-        Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000, Section 355(b) CC

-        Possess Credit Card, Section 342(1)(c)(i) CC

-        Fail to comply with Probation Order, Section 733.1(1) CC

 Bryne Fuller (22 years old) of Welland is charged with the alleged criminal offences of:

-        Theft of motor vehicle, Section 333.1(1) CC

-        Theft under $5000, Section 334(b) CC (6 counts)

-        Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000, Section 355(b) CC

-        Possess Credit Card, Section 342(1)(c)(i) CC

-        Fail to comply with Release Order, section 145(5)(a) CC.

All three accused were held for a video bail hearing to the Robert S. K. Welch Court House in St. Catharines on today's date.
