MISSING PERSON – 58-Year-Old Male in Niagara on the Lake - Update 3

The Niagara Regional Police Service continues to search for missing 58-year-old Darren Werner of the Town of Niagara on the Lake.

Darren Werner was reported missing on September 17, 2021 and his current whereabouts remain unknown.

This investigation remains an open missing person investigation with suspicious circumstances. The Niagara Regional Police Homicide Unit has assumed control of the investigation and investigators are appealing to anyone with information regarding Darren Werner’s disappearance or whereabouts to contact detectives at (905) 688 – 4111, dial option 3, extension 1009451.

Members of the public who wish to provide information anonymously can contact Crime Stoppers of Niagara online or by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).  Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to persons who contact the program with information that leads to an arrest.
