In March 2022, detectives with the Niagara Regional Police Service and the Biker Enforcement Unit commenced an investigation into the distribution of illegal drugs throughout the Region of Niagara. 

On Friday April 22, 2022 at approximately 4:00 am officers executed three search warrants in the Niagara Region. One search warrant conducted at a Thorold residence resulted in the discovery of 152.8 grams of cocaine, $20,740 in currency and a knife that was a prohibited weapon.  A second warrant that was done in a Lincoln residence resulted in the discovery of 7.4 grams of cocaine, $2765 in currency, a conducted energy weapon and two pairs of brass knuckles. The combined estimated street value of the drugs is $15000. 

The third search warrant was conducted at the clubhouse of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club.  

40-year-old Donald Wonch of Thorold is facing the following charges:

Possession of a Schedule I Substance: Cocaine for Purpose of Trafficking, contrary to Section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000, contrary to Section 355(b) of the Criminal Code
Possession of Prohibited Weapon, contrary to Section 92(2) of the Criminal Code

57-year-old Robert Nolin of Lincoln is facing the following charges:

Possession of a Schedule I Substance: Cocaine for Purpose of Trafficking, contrary to Section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000, contrary to Section 355(b) of the Criminal Code
Possession of Prohibited Weapon, contrary to Section 92(2) of the Criminal Code
