Member Terry Bonham


Mr. Terry Bonham was appointed as a community representative to the Regional Municipality of Niagara Police Services Board on January 15, 2015.

 Mr. Bonham is a Professional Engineer with more than 35 years of experience. His working career spanned over 30 years with a major integrated steelmaker where he spent over 25 years in operations management. He retired in 2005 as Primary Operations Manager.

 Mr. Bonham has extensive experience in human resources and financial management, engineering, health and safety, environmental control, operations management and quality control. His Board and Committee experience includes representation on the Board of the Hamilton Industrial Environmental Association (HIEA), Board Member of the Iron and Steel Society (ISS), Program Chairman for the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI), and he is a former Member and Chair of the Organizing Committee of the McMaster Symposium on Iron and Steelmaking, as well as a former Member of the Hamilton Branch of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgical Engineers.

 A life-long resident of the Niagara Region, Mr. Bonham was born in Grimsby and has resided in Vineland for over 40 years with his wife Jane. He and his wife are blessed with both a daughter and a son.
