1 District CORE Bail Compliance Initiative - 7 Arrested

In a response to community concerns, the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) Community Response and Engagement Unit (CORE) has continued with their initiative focusing on individuals released on bail, and their compliance with conditions of their respective release orders.

During the months of December 2025, and January of 2026,  compliance checks were performed on the following individuals resulting in breaches of said orders:

The following individuals have been arrested and charged for Failing to Comply with Release Order 145(5)(a) CC:

• Stephen KENNEDY (43 years old) of St.Catharines
• Paul SACCO (40 years old) of St.Catharines
• Kyle CORMIER (36 years old) of St.Catharines
• Cele KASMABA (27 years old) of St.Catharines
• Peter LANGRIDGE (40 years old) of Niagara Falls
• Jason WILLIS (50 years old) of St.Catharines
• Dwayne PERKINS ( 37 years old) of Thorold 

The following individuals have been charged but are currently wanted by police for Failing to Comply with Release Order:

• Jeet PATEL (26 years old) of Thorold- NRPS Incident #26-2450
• Dustin CICHOCKI ( 30 years old) of St.Catharines – NRPS Incident #26-10967
• Adam CHATAWAY ( 48 years old) of St.Catharines – NRPS Incident #26-17335

Members of the community who wish to provide information anonymously can contact Crime Stoppers of Niagara online or by calling 1-800-222-8477(TIPS). Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to people who contact the program with information which leads to an arrest.
