Media Release: Detectives Investigating Suspicious Vehicle – Welland

On Saturday, November 29, 2025, Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 3 District (Welland/Pelham) Uniform Officers responded for reports of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Ontario Road and Plymouth Road. The investigation revealed that at approximately 2:30 am, the victim was approached by a white 4-door sedan. The suspect provided several unwanted propositions, which the victim declined. The suspect is described as follows:

• Male
• Brown
• 40-50 years old
• Dark Hair
• Beard

3 District Criminal Investigative Bureau (CIB) has taken carriage of the investigation. Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the suspect and the involved vehicle. Residents and businesses in the area are requested to review video surveillance footage from between 1:30 am and 3:00 am and contact police if the vehicle or suspect is captured.
