The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is requesting public assistance in locating Alice RWISEREKA (47-years-of-age). She was last seen Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at her residence on Scott Street in St Catharines.

Alice is described as follows:

• Black
• Female
• Dark Curly Hair
• 260 lbs
• 5’4”
• Brown Eyes

Alice often walks with a blanket wrapped around her.

Detectives are concerned for Alice’s welfare and are requesting the public’s assistance in locating her. Residents and businesses in the area of Scott Street are requested to review any video surveillance footage that may assistance in locating Alice.
