Missing St. Catharines Youth to Locate

Detectives with the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) Criminal Investigations Bureau (CIB) are requesting the publics assistance in locating 17-year-old Jada BALGOBIN.

Jada was last seen in the downtown area of St. Catharines on Wednesday February 11, 2026, and was reported missing from a different region on February 20, 2026.

1 District detectives have taken over the investigation and their efforts to locate Jada have come up empty.  Detectives have a concern for her wellbeing and are appealing to the public for assistance in locating her.

Jada is described as follows.

• Female
• White
• 5’3” tall
• Thin build
• Dark brown/red hair

Anyone with information on Jada’s whereabouts is asked to contact the NRPS at 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1009964.

Members of the community who wish to provide information anonymously can contact Crime Stoppers of Niagara online or by calling 1-800-222-8477(TIPS). Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to people who contact the program with information which leads to an arrest.
