Niagara Regional Police Service Invites Community to Be a #HolidayHero
As the holiday season approaches, the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is once again calling on the generosity of our community to support local families in need through the annual #HolidayHero campaign.
Each year, NRPS members and our broader community come together to provide meaningful support to families assisted by Community Care of St. Catharines & Thorold. This year, the need is greater than ever, and the NRPS is encouraging residents to help brighten the holidays for local children and families.
Community members are invited to participate by purchasing gift cards, which will be used to sponsor families through Community Care’s holiday programs. Even a small contribution can make a significant impact on a child’s holiday experience.
Gift cards are available in denominations of $15, $25, $50, and $100.
Purchases can be made online until December 22 using Mastercard or Visa at:
www.niagarapolice.ca/holidayhero
Alternatively, gift card arrangements may be made by contacting the Office of the Chief at ChiefofPolice@niagarapolice.ca.
“The Holiday Hero campaign is a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we come together with a shared purpose. Your support directly impacts local families who are facing real challenges this season” said Chief of Police Bill Fordy. “I’m proud of our members and our community for stepping up once again to make a meaningful difference.”
