North Bay Man Arrested in Niagara Following a Child Sexual Exploitation Investigation
On December 31, 2025, detectives assigned to the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit began an investigation into the sexual exploitation of minors using the Internet.
After a thorough investigation by members of the NRPS ICE Unit, with the assistance of the NRPS Child Abuse Unit, a North Bay resident (who had been temporarily staying in the Niagara area) was identified as the suspect. That suspect is alleged to have communicated for a sexual purpose, using the Discord username “natacutie_15959” and “puppygirlgamer”, over a period in late December of 2025.
On January 2, 2026, Internet Child Exploitation Unit and Child Abuse Unit detectives arrested 19-year-old Nate SARRAZIN of North Bay, Ontario for the following Criminal Code offences:
- Sexual Interference
- Sexual Assault
- Making Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material (written)
- Making Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material Available x 2
- Possession of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material x 2
- Making Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
- Voyeurism x 2
SARRAZIN remains in custody and is scheduled to attend a bail hearing Saturday, January 3, 2026, at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse, located at 59 Church Street in St. Catharines.
Detectives believe that there may be other victims and are asking that anyone who believes that they are victim or knows of anyone interacting with someone on Discord with the usernames “natacutie_15959” or “puppygirlgamer” to contact them at 905-688-45111, option 3, extension 1009128.
Online platforms that allow like-minded users to engage with minors, create, share, and store Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material. (CSAEM) are prevalent on the Internet. Offenders who attempt to lure children behind anonymous accounts on different platforms can be identified and will be held accountable for their actions.
