Public Assistance Requested in Locating Two Missing Youths

The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is requesting assistance from the public in locating 15-year-old Jasmine SIMMONDS and 13-year-old Isabella BONNELL.  Jasmine and Isabella were last seen March 13, 2026, in the city of Welland.  Detectives believe the two are heading or have headed the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Jasmine is described as follows.

• Female
• White
• 15-years-old
• 5’ 2”
• Thin build
• Light brown braided hair

Isabella is described as follows.

• White
• 13-years-old
• 5’2”
• Thin Build
• Short brown hair

Detectives are concerned about Jasmine’s and Isabella’s welfare and are asking anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Niagara Regional Police Service at (905) 688-4111, option 1.
