Update 1 – Arrested - St. Catharines Male Wanted for Being Unlawfully at Large

Detectives with the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) Criminal Investigations Bureau (CIB) would like to thank the public for their assistance in this investigation. 

On March 15, 2026, 48-year-old Kenneth FARMER was located and arrested.  FARMER remains in custody and is scheduled to attend a bail hearing Monday, March 16, 2026, at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse, located at 59 Church Street in St. Catharines.
