UPDATE #1: Sightings in Toronto and Fort Erie - Missing Person to Locate in Fort Erie-Toronto
Detectives with 5 District (Fort Erie) Criminal Investigative Branch (CIB) continue to investigate and have obtained video surveillance footage of Tabitha. Tabitha was last observed on video surveillance footage on Monday, March 2, near the intersection of Bay Street and Queen Street East in Toronto. Detectives have also located video surveillance footage of Tabitha near the intersection of Thompson Road and Garrison Road in Fort Erie on Friday, February 27, and believe that she may be travelling between the two cities.
Tabitha was last observed wearing the following:
- Grey Hooded Sweatshirt
- Black Jacket
- Blue Jeans
Detectives are concerned for Tabitha’s welfare and are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Tabitha to contact the Niagara Regional Police Service at (905) 688-4111, option 1.

Detectives with the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 5 District (Fort Erie) Criminal Investigations Bureau (CIB) are investigating a missing person incident.
30-year-old Tabitha SENECA was reported missing on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026, to police in Fort Erie. Their investigation revealed that SENECA was last seen in the Hwy 27 and Rexdale Boulevard area of Toronto in the evening of February 25, 2026.
SENCEA is described as follows.
- Female
- Indigenous
- 5’9” tall
- Medium build
- Long black hair
SENECA has been known to frequent the downtown areas of Toronto and Hamilton.
Detectives are concerned about the safety of SENECA and are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of SENECA to contact the Niagara Regional Police Service’s 5 District (Fort Erie) CIB at 905-688-4111.
