19-Year-Old Niagara Male Wanted for Dangerous Driving
At approximately 3:00pm on September 26, 2025, uniform officers from 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) were called to the area of Christopher Street in the City of St. Catharines following reports of a disturbance.
As a result of the investigation, officers discovered that a male operating a red sedan drove aggressively toward two individuals, accelerating in their direction as they attempted to flee. During the incident, bear spray was also deployed.
Further investigation by detectives has led to the identification of the male suspect, resulting in a warrant for his arrest.
19-year-old Josh Pangallo, of no fixed address, is wanted for the following charge under the Criminal Code:
- Dangerous Operation of a Conveyance, contrary to section 320.13(1)
Detectives are asking anyone who sees Pangallo to call 911 and do not approach him.
