Lincoln Man Charged for Indecent Act
On Friday, June 19, 2026, Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 8 District (Grimsby/Lincoln/West Lincoln) uniform officers began an investigation into an indecent act.
Investigating officers determined that on Tuesday June 16, a male suspect was driving a red sedan in the area of Menno Street in the Town of Lincoln. The suspect parked next to the victim and committed an indecent act.
8 District Criminal Investigative Branch (CIB) took carriage of the investigation and subsequently identified a suspect in the matter. As a result of the investigation, 34-year-old Nicolas GAUTHIER of Lincoln was arrested and charged with the following criminal offence:

GAUTHIER was held in custody and attended a bail hearing on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse, located at 59 Church Street in St. Catharines.
