The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is requesting public assistance in locating Kennedy ST. LOUIS (23-years-of-age). She was last seen at approximately 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 11, 2026 in the area of Burgar Street and Grove Street in Welland.
Kennedy is described as follows:
- White
- Female
- 5’0 Tall
- Light Brown Hair in Ponytail
- Glasses
- Heavy Build
- Hazel Eyes
- Wearing Grey Sweatpants and Black T-Shirt
Kennedy is likely on foot and does not drive.
Detectives are concerned for Kennedy’s welfare and are requesting the public’s assistance in locating her. Residents and businesses in the area of Burger Street and Grove Street are requested to review any video surveillance that may assist in locating Kennedy.
