NRPS Detectives in Welland Requesting Assistance in Locating Missing Woman
Detectives with the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 3 District (Welland/Pelham) Criminal Investigations Bureau (CIB) are investigating a missing person incident in Welland.
On June 11, 2026, 24-year-old Blessing OBILOR was reported missing from her Welland home. Blessing was last seen at the home in the Dain City area of Welland on June 11, 2026, at approximately 9:00 a.m.
Detectives have exhausted investigative leads and advise that Blessing is new to area. They have a concern for her wellbeing and are asking for the public’s assistance in located Blessing.
Blessing is described as follows:
- Female
- Black
- 5'5” tall
- 120 lbs with a thin build
- Short black hair
- Black eyes
- Was last seen wearing a pink/red/blue gown and black slippers
