2 District Traffic Stop Results in Drug Trafficking Arrest
On Tuesday, August 25, 2026, Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake) uniform officers were conducting proactive patrols in the area of Thorold Stone Road in the City of Niagara Falls.
At approximately 1:20 AM, officers observed a Toyota Corolla operating at a high rate of speed, and a traffic stop was conducted on Thorold Stone Road near Elberta Street. Officers observed signs of drug use within the vehicle, and a search of the vehicle was conducted. The following items were seized:
- Black Glock Imitation Handgun (Pellet Gun)
- 37.1 grams suspected cocaine
- 32.2 grams suspected ecstasy
- 17.3 grams suspected psilocybin
- 204 grams suspected marijuana
- $690 Canadian currency
- Materials consistent with the illegal trafficking of drugs
18-year-old Noah MANDULA of Welland was arrested and charged with the following criminal offences:
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Ecstasy)
- Possession of a Schedule III Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Psilocybin)
- Possession for the Purpose of Selling (Marijuana)
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000
