Detectives Investigating Lincoln Break and Enter
On Sunday, August 9, 2026, at approximately 8:45 AM, Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 8 District (Grimsby/Lincoln/West Lincoln) uniform officers responded to a residence in the area of Cherrywood Drive in Lincoln for a break and enter.
The break and enter was determined to have occurred between 6:30 AM and 8:40 AM on Sunday August 9, 2026. Two suspects were observed in the area at the time of the offence, and both are described as male, wearing all black clothing, black mask or balaclava, and a construction vest. The males were observed getting out of a grey 2010-2012 Jeep Liberty with dark tinted windows, silver or aluminum rims, and roof bars.
On Tuesday, August 11, 2026, two suspects returned to the area, and detectives believe that they are related to the break and enter. They are described as follows:
Suspect 1: White Male, thin build, wearing a black hooded jacket, black balaclava, black shorts, white socks and black running shoes
Suspect 2: White Male, medium build, wearing black track pants, black hooded jacket, white running shoes
8 District Criminal Investigative Branch (CIB) has taken carriage of the investigation and is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects, or the suspect vehicle. Residents and businesses in the area of Cherrywood Drive are asked to review video surveillance footage from the time of either incident and contact detectives if the suspects or suspect vehicle is observed.
