Detectives Investigating Niagara-on-the-Lake Home Invasion

Detectives with the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake) Criminal Investigations Bureau (CIB) are investigating a home invasion which occurred in the early morning hours of May 10, 2026, in the Line 1 Road and Four Mile Creek Road area of Niagara-on-the-Lake.

A residence was broken into, shortly after 5:00am, while the homeowners were home. One homeowner received minor injuries and had declined medical attention.

The suspects stole numerous items and fled prior to police arrival.  Some of those items have been recovered.

Detectives continue to work on confirming accurate information in this incident. Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to contact the Niagara Regional Police Service’s 2 District CIB at 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1022220.
