Detectives Seeking Public Assistance in Robbery Investigation - Niagara Falls
On Monday, August 10, 2026, at approximately 4:00 AM, Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake) uniform officers responded to the area of Morrison Street and Victoria Avenue in Niagara Falls for a Robbery.
Four suspects attended the area in a silver four door sedan with dark tinted windows. The suspects committed a robbery on a male victim, however he was able to escape without injury. The suspects then attended the area of Chrysler Avenue and Queen Street, where they attempted to assault and uttered a death threat to a female victim.
The suspects then returned to the area of Morrison Street and Victoria Avenue and committed a second robbery on the same male victim, resulting in minor injuries. The suspects also committed an assault on an unidentified victim in the area.
The suspects are described as follows:
- Four Males
- 18-24 years old
- Unknown Race
2 District Criminal Investigative Branch (CIB) have taken carriage of the investigation and are appealing to the public for assistance identifying the involved vehicle, and the unidentified suspect. Residents and businesses in the area of the robberies are asked to review video surveillance footage and contact police if the suspects are observed.
