Loaded Handgun and $343,160 in Illegal Drugs Seized

In November 2026, the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) Street Crime Unit (SCU) began an investigation into the illegal trafficking of controlled substances throughout the Niagara Region.

On Tuesday, November 3, 2026, detectives arrested three suspects on North Service Road in Vineland, with assistance from the 2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake) Street Crime Unit.

Detectives applied for and were granted judicial authorization to search an associated vehicle, and a residence on Haynes Court in Niagara-on-the-Lake. As a result of the investigation, the following items were seized:

2919.9 grams of suspected fentanyl (street value $291,990)
511.7 grams of suspected cocaine (street value $51,170)
Loaded Glock 9mm Handgun with 9 rounds
$4110 in Canadian Currency

32-year-old Levele WILLIS of Niagara Falls is charged with the following criminal offences:

Possession of a Weapon
Possess Loaded Regulated Firearm
Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition
Careless Storage of a Firearm

Possession of a Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order
Traffic in Schedule I Substance (Fentanyl)
Traffic in Schedule I Substance (Cocaine)
Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Fentanyl)

32-year-old Tyler WEST of No Fixed Abode is charged with the following criminal offences:

Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition

34-year-old Ricardo KING KALLOO of Welland is charged with the following criminal offences:

Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition
Careless Storage of a Firearm

Possession of a Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order
Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Fentanyl)

WILLIS, WEST, and KING KALLOO remain in custody and attended bail hearings on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse, located at 59 Church Street in St. Catharines.
