Male Suspect to Identify in an Indecent Act Investigation in Fort Erie
On Wednesday, August 19, 2026, uniform officers with the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 5 District (Fort Erie) were called to investigate an Indecent Act which occurred at a retail store on Garrison Road near Concession Road in Fort Erie.
Officers learned that the incident took place in the early afternoon on August 19, 2026, in which a male inside the store approached a teenage female and committed an indecent act. The male is described as follows.

- Approximately 30 years old
- Average height and build
- Brown hair
- Beard
- Wears Glasses
- White/Beige shorts
- Blue t-shirt
- Sandals
Detectives with the 5 District Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB) have taken carriage of the investigation and are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect.
