On May 13, 2025, at approximately 5:46 p.m., emergency services personnel responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Uniform officers from 2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake) attended the scene at the intersection of Four Mile Creek Road and Line 7 Road. Niagara Emergency Medical Services paramedics and Niagara-on-the-Lake Fire Services personnel were on scene tending to four injured persons involved in the collision.
The initial investigation determined that a white 2005 GMC Sierra pickup truck and a black 2020 Toyota Corolla had collided in the intersection. The driver of the GMC Sierra, a 51-year-old woman from Niagara-on-the-Lake, was not injured.
The driver of the Toyota, a 49-year-old woman from Niagara Falls, and one of her passengers were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Two other passengers from the Toyota were transported to hospitals outside the region for further treatment of serious injuries. One of those passengers was transported by Ornge Air Ambulance.
Four Mile Creek Road was closed for investigation and was reopened at approximately 10:10 p.m.
Both vehicles sustained significant damage and were towed from the scene.
