In addition to being criminally charged, these individuals are also subject to a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension issued by the Ministry of Transportation. They are prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on any roadway. Members of the public are encouraged to contact the NRPS Traffic Safety Hotline or Crime Stoppers to report individuals who may be driving in contravention of their suspension.
