On April 30, 2025, at 9:48 p.m., uniform officers from 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in St. Catharines. While en route, officers received further information indicating that two people had been stabbed and the suspect had fled the scene.

Missing Person – NRPS Attempting to Locate Thorold Man – Update 6 – LOCATED

In March of 2022, the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) began a missing person investigation to locate Nicholas Adamson, 29, of St. Catharines.

Nicholas was last seen in the early morning hours of Thursday, March 17, 2022, on foot in the area of the Moose & Goose, located at 54 Paul De Divitis Sr. Way in the City of Thorold.

The investigation has remained open and ongoing in an effort to locate Nicholas.
