8 District detectives have continued to investigate a series of residential break and enters in the Towns of Lincoln and Grimsby.

As a result of the investigation detectives identified two suspects.

On March 27, 2024, Robert Hannah (30 yrs.) of Hamilton and Patricia Davies (33 yrs.) of Hamilton were both arrested by the Hamilton Police Service (HPS) on unrelated matters.

Robert Hannah has been arrested and charged with the criminal offences of:

  • Break and Enter (6 Counts)
  • Unauthorized Use of Credit Card (3 Counts)

Patricia Davies has been arrested and charged with the criminal offences of:

  • Break and Enter (6 Counts)
  • Unauthorized Use of Credit Card (3 Counts)

 

Robert Hannah and Patricia Davies were both held in custody for a bail hearing at the John Sopinka in Hamilton on March 28, 2024.
