Detectives Investigate Overnight Stabbing – St. Catharines

On April 12th, 2022, at 12:02am Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) officers assigned to 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) responded to an address in the area of Ferndale Avenue and Dunvegan Road, in the City of St. Catharines for a reported stabbing.

Upon arrival officers located the victim, a 55-year-old male suffering from stab wounds.  The victim was transported to a local hospital by Niagara Emergency Medical Service (NEMS) paramedics, before being airlifted to an out-of-town trauma...

MISSING PERSON – NRPS Attempting to Locate Port Colborne Man

The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is currently conducting a missing person investigation stemming from the city of Welland.

3 District NRPS officers are searching for Christopher AIRHARDT (38 years of age).  He was last seen on April 2nd, 2022, at approximately 7:30pm leaving an address located in the South end of Welland.  Christopher left on an ATV and indicated he was heading home to his residence in Port Colborne.

MISSING PERSON – NRPS Attempting to Locate Thorold Man – Update 1

Detectives from the 1 District (St. Catharines / Thorold) detective office continue to try and locate Nicholas Adamson who went missing on March 17, 2022.

The investigation has been able to locate photos of Nicholas from the night he went missing (see below).
