On November 8th, 2022, the Niagara Regional Police Service received information that assisted the investigating officer in identifying the suspect wanted in an indecent act investigation that occurred at Walmart located at the Pen Centre shopping mall, located at 221 Glendale Avenue, in the City of St. Catharines on November 3rd, 2022.

Bill Steele, Chair of the Niagara Police Services Board, welcomed back Vice-Chair Dave Eke to the Police Services Board.  Mr. Eke was re-appointed by the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario for an additional one year term commencing November 3, 2022.  He was first appointed to the Board on June 20, 2019.
