West Lincoln Man Arrested Following Child Luring Investigation – Update 1 – RE-ARREST

As part of the ongoing investigation, detectives from the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) have re-arrested a West Lincoln man in connection with a child luring case first announced on April 3, 2025.
On May 2, 2025, as a result of further investigative efforts, Johnathan Jeffrey AHLSTEDT was taken into custody by NRPS detectives.

As part of Police Week 2025 – "Protecting Ontario", the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is proud to announce the launch of its 5th Annual Spring Forward Food Drive.

In the spring of 2025, detectives from the 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) Street Crime Unit of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) began an investigation into a St. Catharines man who was wanted on multiple outstanding arrest warrants dating back to 2016.
