Youths In Custody After Convenience Store Robbery in St. Catharines

On Wednesday November 10th, 2021, at 7:59pm officers assigned to 1 District Uniform Patrol responded to an armed robbery at a convenience store located in the area of Scott Street and Vine Street, in the City of St. Catharines.

Two suspects entered the store, one armed with what was believed to be a firearm and the other with a knife.  Prior to running from the store on foot, a demand was made to the cashier to surrender money from the register.  The cashier sustained no physical injures.

In an effort to bring further attention and deterrence to driving while impaired by alcohol or drugs, the Niagara Regional Police Service will be reporting the names of those people who are charged with an alleged criminal impaired driving offence in the Region.

Search Warrant Executed After Assault – In Niagara Falls

On November 8th, 2021, at 8:00pm officers from 2 District Uniform Patrol responded to a residence in the area of Ontario Avenue and Seneca Street, in the City of Niagara Falls regarding an assault in progress.

2 District detectives have been investigating this incident.  As a result of that investigation the suspects have been identified.  The investigation remains open and ongoing. There have not been any arrests.
