On Friday, January 3rd, 2020, a member of the Niagara Regional Police Service Traffic Enforcement Unit observed a blue 2008 Ford F250 pickup truck. The truck was being operated by a man in the Port Dalhousie area of St. Catharines.
The officer subsequently conducted a traffic stop to determine identify of the driver. The male driver was identified and found to be criminally prohibited from driving for life.

Investigators with the 3 District (Welland) detective office are asking for information as they continue to investigate a break and enter that occurred in the Town of Pelham.
The incident was reported to police the evening of January 2, 2020 and is believed to have occurred at some point during the day at a residence in the area of Maple St and Kilman Rd.

Since November 2019 members of the 1 District (St. Catharines) and 3 District (Welland) Street Crime Unit have been investigating drug trafficking in St. Catharines, Thorold and Welland.
