Drugs - Toronto Fentanyl Distributor Arrested

Members of the Niagara Falls Street Crime Unit have been investigating a Toronto resident who attends the Niagara Region to distribute fentanyl.  Over the course of several months police gathered evidence to determine the identity of the person responsible and the vehicle being used.
On April 10, 2019 police located the vehicle in the City of Niagara Falls in a parking lot.  Police arrested the driver and the passenger during a suspected drug transaction.
Police located $5,640 of fentanyl, $2650, and several weapons.
31 year old Marvin WHYTE of Toronto has been charged with the following offences:
Possession of a Controlled Substance
Section 4(1)CDSA
Trafficking a Controlled Substance
Section 5(1) CDSA
Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
Section 5(2)CDSA
Possession of Proceeds of Crime
24 year old Mariah WICKENDEN of Niagara Falls, has been charged with the following offences:
Possession of a Controlled Substance
Carry Concealed Weapon
Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Weapon X2
Breach of Probation
Breach of Undertaking
